SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

When will my order be processed?

 

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in China, USA or Germany. These orders will be shipped by Local Post (free shipping ) and by Fedex (Super Express Shipping).Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

in the case of furniture the delivery will be at the door of the client. We don’t offer assembly.

We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Once we receive your order, our logistics team will carefully and efficiently prepare your order in between 6-20 days. Once the order is shipped, keep in mind that the
Delivery time is between 4-10 Weeks because all our furniture are custom made.

For the home wear the delivery time are between 7-18 business days depending on the country.

 The dates offered on the website are for items that are in stock. For furniture or items made to order, the time is 35 to 60 business days.

Please take into consideration that orders made on January and February will be sent on March because of the holidays.

The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, the customer will not be able to cancel his order. The customer will have to provide us again a complete and valid address in which to receive their order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

In the cases of furniture , we will contact client in order to inform about the times.

Due to the high fragility of many of our items such as large mirrors, sculptures or tables, they will be sent by ship or rail for their safety, assuming an extension of our delivery times, being between 40 to 60 days.

ALL the furnitures are custom made.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF THE DELAYS CAUSED BY CUSTOMS.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In the event that your order has been returned by customs, we will resend it, and only until we receive it cannot be canceled

The 99% of our deliveries not have taxes in is final destination.

Please note some furniture may require an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery due to the nature of the items.

NOTE : Regarding shipments to Brazil, buyers must provide us with their CPF in the shipping note, since the Brazilian customs returns all orders without CPF.
In the event that we are not provided with such information, we are not responsible for the order not being received, nor for the damages that could be caused.
