Delivery for these items can vary between 5-18 business days, depending on the destination country.

-Homewear are the fastest shippings.


- Custom-Made Furniture: All our furniture pieces are custom-made.

The preparation time for custom-made items ranges between 10 to 30 days, which is an optimized timeframe to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Please take into consideration that sofas and chairs are sent from our warehouse in China and Marble items from Turquía or USA.

Delivery Information Custom Items


Once shipped, the delivery times vary based on the shipping method and the nature of the items:


- Small Custom Items: Delivery can take between 4 to 10 weeks.


- Furniture and Large Pieces: We will personally contact customers to inform them about specific delivery timelines. Due to the high fragility of items such as large mirrors, sculptures, or tables, these may be shipped by sea or rail to ensure their safety, potentially extending delivery times to between 30 and 60 days.

Special Shipping Considerations

- Brazil Shipments: Customers in Brazil must provide their CPF number in the shipping note. Failure to do so may result in the return of the order by Brazilian customs. We are not responsible for delivery failures or damages resulting from the absence of CPF information.

Customs and Taxes


- Responsibility: The prices displayed on our website are tax-free.

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees assessed by their local customs office upon arrival at the destination.


In the event that delivery is refused due to non-payment of the tax, the customer will lose the right to a refund.
